All new colour clients are required to have a valid skin test at least 48 hours prior to appointment. This has to be carried out in house. We do not accept skin tests that have been done in another salon.
All existing clients must have a valid skin test every 6 months.
PLEASE NOTE: if you have had COVID-19 since your last patch test you will need to be re skin tested again.
All colour appointments over 3 hours will require a £50 deposit. Once your booking is made the deposit needs to be paid within 24 hours otherwise the appointment will be automatically deleted.
If you book online then a member of the team will be in contact with you to arrange deposit payment. This can be done via bank transfer.
If you need to re arrange your booking, please do so with as much notice as possible. We require a 72 hour notice period for your deposit to be carried to another booking. If less time than this is given to cancel, your deposit will be kept as payment.
Less than 72 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the booking. No show appointments will be charged 100% of their total bill before being able to re book in.
